SANI TITANS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to services provided by Sani Titans (“Sani Titans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting, scheduling, approving, or allowing Sani Titans to begin services, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
1. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
By requesting or scheduling service, you authorize Sani Titans to perform the services described in your appointment request, estimate, work order, written communication, or other agreed scope of work.
You represent that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner or responsible party to approve the requested work.
If the scope of work changes after service begins, Sani Titans may provide updated pricing and request your approval before performing additional work.
2. ONLINE QUOTES AND ESTIMATES
Prices generated by the Sani Titans website, quote builder, telephone conversations, photographs, messages, or other preliminary communications are estimates based on the information available at the time.
An online estimate is not a guaranteed final price.
Actual pricing may change because of conditions including, but not limited to:
Wall type or construction
Metal studs
Brick, stone, masonry, tile, or plaster
Fireplaces
Hidden pipes, wiring, ductwork, blocking, or other obstructions
Unusual equipment size or weight
Inadequate or incompatible mounting hardware
Difficult access or working conditions
Additional materials or labor
Customer-requested changes
Conditions that could not reasonably be identified before beginning work
When a material change in scope or price is identified, Sani Titans will communicate the change and obtain Customer approval before performing the additional work.
3. PRICING
Published prices apply to services performed under normal installation and working conditions.
Add-ons, specialty installations, additional materials, unusual site conditions, additional labor, or services outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Discounts, promotional pricing, and bundled pricing apply only when the applicable conditions are met and may not be combined unless specifically stated.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of service unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
For certain projects, Sani Titans may require a deposit, materials payment, or other advance payment before scheduling or beginning work.
Customer agrees to pay all approved charges associated with the completed services.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Sani Titans reserves the right to charge a cancellation or missed-appointment fee when adequate notice is not provided or when a technician arrives and is unable to perform the scheduled work because access is unavailable or the Customer is not prepared for the service.
Sani Titans may waive such fees at its discretion.
We may reschedule an appointment because of weather, illness, unsafe conditions, equipment problems, emergencies, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Before the scheduled appointment, Customer agrees to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Remove unnecessary furniture, decorations, valuables, pets, and other obstructions when reasonably possible.
Identify known plumbing, electrical wiring, utilities, or other concealed conditions that may affect the work.
Provide accurate information concerning the requested service.
Ensure that Customer-provided equipment, products, hardware, and materials are available at the time of service.
Obtain any approvals required from landlords, property managers, homeowners associations, or other responsible parties.
Additional labor required because the work area is inaccessible or not reasonably prepared may result in additional charges.
7. TV, MIRROR, SHELF, ARTWORK, AND WALL-MOUNTED INSTALLATIONS
Wall-mounted installations require drilling, fastening, anchoring, or otherwise penetrating finished wall surfaces.
By authorizing a wall-mounted installation, Customer authorizes Sani Titans to make the penetrations reasonably necessary to complete the approved installation.
Sani Titans will use reasonable care when locating mounting points and evaluating the installation area. However, walls and structures may contain concealed conditions that cannot be detected through ordinary visual inspection.
These may include:
Electrical wiring
Plumbing
Gas lines
HVAC components
Metal framing
Fire blocking
Unusual framing
Previous repairs
Hidden structural conditions
Other concealed objects
Customer agrees to disclose any known concealed conditions before work begins.
If Sani Titans determines that the requested mounting location or method cannot reasonably support the equipment or presents a safety concern, we may recommend an alternative location or method or decline the installation.
8. TV MOUNTS AND CUSTOMER-PROVIDED HARDWARE
Customer is responsible for ensuring that customer-provided TVs, mounting brackets, shelves, hardware, furniture, equipment, and accessories are complete, compatible, and suitable for their intended use.
Sani Titans may decline to install equipment or hardware that appears damaged, incomplete, incompatible, unsafe, counterfeit, improperly rated, or otherwise unsuitable.
Additional time or materials required because of missing or incompatible customer-provided components may result in additional charges.
Sani Titans is not responsible for manufacturing defects, missing components, product failures, inaccurate manufacturer instructions, or other defects in customer-provided products.
9. ART AND FRAME TV INSTALLATIONS
Art-style and Frame TV installations may require specific mounting hardware, wall conditions, recessed media boxes or panels, cable routing, and equipment placement to achieve the intended flush appearance.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that required compatible equipment is available unless Sani Titans has specifically agreed to provide it.
Additional work required to accommodate the installation may be quoted separately.
10. CABLE AND WIRE CONCEALMENT
In-wall cable concealment offered by Sani Titans is intended for compatible low-voltage cabling and similar work that Sani Titans may legally perform.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise and performed by an appropriately licensed provider, Sani Titans services do not include installing, extending, relocating, modifying, or repairing household line-voltage electrical wiring, electrical receptacles, circuits, panels, or other work requiring an electrical license.
If electrical work is required to complete a desired installation, Customer may need to arrange for an appropriately licensed electrical contractor.
Surface cable concealment may use raceways, channels, covers, fasteners, adhesives, or similar products installed over the finished wall surface.
11. BRICK, STONE, TILE, MASONRY, AND SPECIALTY SURFACES
Installation into brick, stone, masonry, tile, plaster, concrete, specialty finishes, or similar surfaces may require additional labor, specialized tools, anchors, or materials.
These installations may be subject to additional charges.
Although Sani Titans will use reasonable care, drilling or fastening into brittle, natural, aged, repaired, or specialty surfaces involves an inherent risk of cracking, chipping, discoloration, or other surface damage.
If we believe an installation presents an unreasonable risk, we may recommend an alternative method or decline the work.
12. FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
Furniture assembly is performed according to manufacturer instructions when reasonably available.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that all necessary components and hardware are present.
Sani Titans is not responsible for defects, missing parts, damaged components, inaccurate instructions, poor manufacturing quality, or product failures associated with customer-provided furniture or products.
If an item cannot safely be assembled because of missing, damaged, defective, or incompatible components, additional charges may apply for time already spent on the project.
13. SMART HOME AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE SETUP
Smart-home and electronic-device services may include physical installation, connection, configuration, or basic setup within the agreed scope.
Customer is responsible for maintaining necessary accounts, subscriptions, internet service, Wi-Fi access, passwords, compatible devices, manufacturer accounts, and other services necessary for the equipment to function.
Sani Titans does not guarantee the continued availability or performance of third-party internet services, applications, cloud services, manufacturer platforms, subscriptions, firmware, or software.
14. EXISTING PROPERTY CONDITIONS
Sani Titans is not responsible for defects, deterioration, damage, instability, code issues, previous improper work, or other conditions that existed before our services began.
Examples may include loose drywall, deteriorated plaster, weak masonry, damaged framing, previously patched surfaces, improperly installed wiring, water damage, defective equipment, or inadequate structural support.
If an existing condition prevents safe completion of the work, Sani Titans may stop work and discuss available options with the Customer.
15. INCIDENTAL WALL MARKS AND REPAIRS
Certain installation services inherently require drilling, anchors, screws, fasteners, adhesives, or other attachment methods.
Customer understands that removal or relocation of installed items may leave holes, anchors, adhesive residue, paint differences, outlines, or other evidence of the previous installation.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, Sani Titans does not provide painting, drywall refinishing, texture matching, masonry restoration, or other cosmetic restoration following installation or removal.
16. COMPLETION AND CUSTOMER INSPECTION
Customer should inspect completed work as soon as reasonably practical.
Any concern regarding workmanship should be reported promptly so Sani Titans has a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue.
Customer should not arrange for another provider to alter or repair the work before giving Sani Titans a reasonable opportunity to evaluate a claimed workmanship issue, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect people or property.
17. WORKMANSHIP AND WARRANTY
Sani Titans stands behind the workmanship of services we perform.
Any workmanship warranty applies only to work performed directly by Sani Titans and does not cover:
Customer-provided products or equipment
Manufacturer defects
Normal wear and tear
Abuse or misuse
Modification by another person or contractor
Structural movement
Water intrusion
Electrical or utility problems
Failure of existing walls, framing, anchors, surfaces, or building components
Damage caused by circumstances outside Sani Titans' reasonable control
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the applicable manufacturer or seller.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sani Titans will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
19. SAFETY AND RIGHT TO REFUSE OR STOP WORK
Sani Titans reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or stop work when we reasonably determine that conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside our service capabilities, outside the agreed scope, or likely to result in property damage or personal injury.
Examples include unsafe electrical conditions, inadequate structural support, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, unsafe access, severe weather, unsanitary conditions, or customer requests that would require work outside the scope Sani Titans may legally perform.
Customer remains responsible for services and materials already reasonably provided before work is stopped.
20. PROPERTY ACCESS
When Customer provides a gate code, garage code, lockbox combination, key, smart-lock access, or other access method, Customer authorizes Sani Titans to use that access solely for the agreed service.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that access information is accurate and that Sani Titans has permission to enter the property.
21. PETS, CHILDREN, AND WORK AREA SAFETY
Customer is responsible for keeping children, pets, and other occupants reasonably clear of active work areas, tools, ladders, equipment, and materials.
Sani Titans may pause work if conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
22. PHOTOGRAPHS
Sani Titans may photograph the work area before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, verification of existing conditions, and internal business records.
Sani Titans will not use identifiable interior photographs of a Customer's property for advertising or promotional purposes without permission when such permission is required.
Customers may request that nonessential photographs not be used for marketing purposes.
23. RECURRING PROPERTY SERVICES
Recurring services, including Can-to-Curb, pet waste removal, property checks, or similar services, may be subject to separate service frequency, billing, access, cancellation, and service-specific terms.
Customer is responsible for maintaining safe and reasonable access on scheduled service days.
Service schedules may occasionally change because of holidays, weather, municipal collection changes, unsafe conditions, or other operational circumstances.
24. PROPERTY CHECK SERVICES
Property checks are observational services and are not professional home inspections, security services, property management services, or guarantees against theft, damage, mechanical failure, water intrusion, weather events, or other losses.
Sani Titans will report conditions reasonably observed within the agreed scope but does not guarantee discovery of concealed or developing problems.
25. COMMERCIAL, RENTAL, AND PROPERTY-MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Customers requesting services for rental, commercial, multifamily, short-term rental, or managed properties represent that they have authority to authorize the requested work.
Property managers, landlords, businesses, and other commercial customers may be subject to separate written agreements, pricing, invoicing, or service schedules.
26. SERVICE AREA AND TRAVEL
Standard pricing may apply only within Sani Titans' regular service area.
Properties outside the regular service area or requiring unusual travel may be subject to an additional travel charge. Any applicable travel charge will be communicated before service when reasonably practicable.
27. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
By submitting a service request, Customer authorizes Sani Titans to contact Customer regarding the quote, appointment, service, scheduling, project updates, payment, or related customer-service matters using the contact information provided.
Consent to service-related communications does not necessarily constitute consent to unrelated promotional communications where separate consent is required by law.
28. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Sani Titans is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, road closures, government actions, supply shortages, emergencies, illness, or similar events.
When practical, we will contact affected Customers and attempt to reschedule service.
29. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and services provided by Sani Titans are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Sani Titans may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applicable to a service are generally those in effect when the applicable service is requested or otherwise agreed upon, subject to applicable law.
32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable estimate, work order, appointment request, written scope of work, and any service-specific terms, constitute the agreement between Sani Titans and Customer regarding the applicable services.
If specific written terms for a project conflict with these general Terms, the specific written project terms control to the extent of the conflict.
